Mario may be getting a new RPG on the Switch... With the Rabbids?!
Cybersbe replied to Toki Zensekai's topic in Nintendo
Okay, I feel the need to bring some positivity. I was skeptical at first, but looking at the game in action makes me intrigued. I'm actually looking forward to it. First of all, the Rabbids mesh with Mario much better than with say... TMNT (shudders). Secondly, the game actually looks to be well-designed and fun. Thirdly, the rabbids are the villains, so even those who don't like them could probably get a kick out of that. It's not really Nintendo's fault. The Mario and Sonic games were developed by Sega. And this game is being developed by Ubisoft. If you must fling hate, at least fling at the right people. -

That's not the full story. I'm actually also a member of one of the fan forums Lost used to be part of (won't say which, don't wanna encourage digging up dirt), and he was banned before Starlight was introduced to the show. All I will say (not that it needs to be said) is that the reasons Lost was banned were perfectly valid and not "Illegal" as he says they were. -
I actually liked this episode quite a bit. I am aware some of the characters were exaggerated or otherwise behaved in ways that didn't make much sense. But I feel there is an area where this episode absolutely NAILED it. The Moral. I am way too familiar with wannabe critics who are way too eager to use "it's my opinion" to justify behavior that it just CANNOT justify. You don't have to like the same things as everyone else, but that does not give a you a free pass to be a jerk. Although the conflict in this particular episode revolved around a fashion show, I feel it can easily apply to criticism of other kinds of works as well. I also liked the attention called to the fact there is a FIRM line between critiquing a work and simply insulting it.

That's kinda hypocritical, coming from a guy who hates on Equestria Girls despite having never seen it.

Banned for being picky with how people ban each other.

Yeah, it is a toyline... just like MLP and EQG are. If MLP and EQG got animated adaptations, a GOH adaptation isn't an impossibility.

No one has mentioned the upcoming sequel on the Switch yet?

I've been part of the fandom for quite a while now (since Season 2, to be precise), and naturally have been reading Equestria Daily as part of that. I hope to get along with all of you, and enjoy my time on this forum!
