Indeed. I prefer old-fashioned forums to things like Discord, even though the latter are inevitably taking over. I have gotten some positive things out of Discord, namely meeting people and getting involved in real-life furry fandom events. However, I will always fondly remember the golden age of forums around a couple of decades ago (I am definitely showing my age here).

A partial fursuit like you described is something to think about as well (maybe I could get a zebra head and a tail at some point). Full suits can look nice, but I don’t know if I would ever be willing to spend thousands of dollars on something that I would probably only wear a handful of times a year at most.

I hope you can get your protogen suit in due time.
I don't know if I will ever end up getting a fursuit of any sort myself (I have just been using cosplay zebra ears and a tail so far 
), but I suppose I have time to think about it.

It’s become abundantly clear that a reactionary judge has rigged the trial so Kyle Rittenhouse, a neo-fascist who illegally armed himself and crossed state lines to confront those he didn’t like, has a snowball’s chance in hell of being convicted for what he did.
It doesn’t take a genius to see that things would have ended very differently if a black teenager illegally acquired a weapon, crossed state lines, and killed people at a far-right riot or rally of some sort.

Not surprisingly, he got off scot-free in the rigged criminal case. At the very least, I hope Rittenhouse gets inundated with civil suits to the same degree that these forums are getting inundated with spam posts. He may have gotten away with it like O.J. Simpson and George Zimmerman, but he is “damaged goods”. He’s also easily recognizable and is sorely lacking in intellect (even his lawyer advised him to change his name and “disappear”). Being the poster boy for the fascist Alt-Right will have consequences, even if they don’t result in a prison sentence. I can’t imagine any serious manager or business owner wanting to hire someone like him. And even if he gets a GED and goes to some sort of college, many of his classmates will certainly despise him.

It’s easy for Ted Cruz to frame Gary Francis Poste, given that he is no longer around to be able to refute such allegations.

I'm pretty damn excited for A New Generation and it's apparently getting a lot of praise left and right.
I just hope my excitement doesn't fuck with my critical thinking when i review the movie.

I still haven't seen it, but the praise seems encouraging. For some reason, I haven't bothered getting Netflix.
