As for Aria and Sonata, with Sonata use something like an Airsoft gun to smash her necklace's gem, as I think without the need to create and feed on negativity Sonata could become a well-adjusted member of society, all without needing to taste the rainbow to do so. For Aria... leave her to the Mane 6. You wake up (still in this world, mind you) to find you now resemble a humanized Rarity, something like this: You might lack her sewing skills and fashion couture, but you do have her impressive skill with telekinesis, able to levitate multitudes of objects at once, her ability to detect gems with your horn, and some slight prehensile dexterity in your tail thanks to it's inherent curls.
