Lit: Norwegian TV but Icelandic

Context: in Norway there's a thing called "Slow TV" which presents slow, otherwise boring events on national TV that is actually pretty popular in Norway. Slow TV time-slots can stretch for spans of eight hours or more, perhaps in  days of non-stop broadcasts of such trivial things as long train-rides to the entire ferry route from the southern-most port in Norway to the northern-most port in Norway. And contradictory to fast-paced action-drama, Norway's slow TV has managed to carve out enough of a niche in Norway's TV culture to be a thing.

 

But now to the main event and local: Iceland. Presenting to the sound of Iceland's Siggur Ros, a road-trip around the entirety of Iceland itself. Here's the first eight-hour video of driving:
