My favorite episode of Gravity Falls is the pilot "Tourist Trapped". This is one of my favorite parts of the episode.

I have been watching Gravity Falls since the night it premiered. 

My favorite episode was "Legend of the Gobblewonker".

I used to force my parents to watch GF with me.

My dad's favorite episode was "Double Dipper" because of Paper Jam Dipper.

While my mom liked the first episode "Tourist Trapped" because of the rainbow-vomiting gnome.

My favorite character was Mabel because I used to act like her when I was 12.

Is it just me or is the episode Dipper Vs Manliness a much better version of MLP's Dragon Quest episode? For one thing, the unfortunate implications are gone in DvM. But another big positive over Dragon Quest is that it actually accomplishes what it wanted to by the end of the episode.

 

Dipper's main concern was that he wasn't manly enough and was getting teased for it. However, by the end of the episode, he learns to become a man in his own way and gets respect for that. His goal and story come to a satisfying conclusion. Dragon Quest, however has Spike going out fearing that he isn't like other dragons...only for that fear to be completely confirmed. What the fuck?

The difference between Dipper vs Manliness & Dragon Quest for me is that I enjoyed watching Dipper vs Manliness

 

while Dragon Quest made me angry.
