South and seasons.

Recommended Posts

South Carolina does, but with an emphasis on summer. It's October 1st and we just came out of a spell of temperatures in the low 90s Fahrenheit. Having a day of only 75F was remarkable and really brought in that "Autumn" feeling we've been missing these last couple of weeks.

Occasionally we get snow flurries too. Most winters see at least a couple of days with 2" of snow accumulation.

But summer pretty much lasts five months instead of three like "normal" temperate places.

Well South Africa has officially four seasons, though I think everyone or at least most have four seasons officially. They even had snow this year. Heck in south Argentina cold is not unknown either. Oh and even parts of Australia have snow. Is that south enough?

I live in Florida, and it was over 80 degrees last Christmas. It didn't get even relatively cold until almost February and the hot weather returned mid-way through March.
