I guess you could say I'm somewhat experienced since I've been in three of them before. I also have plenty of character sheets already filled out from those, I just need to reset them back to level 5 and remove their equipment. Have you tried the Fallout Equestria Resource website's forum or the FoE subreddit in your search? I haven't done any PnP game (time constraints) but I hope you find what you're looking for. Honestly, this part of the forum is not as active as the rest depending on the topic of the game.
