No, in this case, you want to use neither. It affirms the fact the sentence is negative. But a two word sentence ending with neither is never grammatically correct.

Well.... that statement is weird. Most people use it. As long as you don't use it in professional writing, it's okay.

It's like the phrase "me and you". That phrase is incorrect. The right way to say it is "you and I". The right was to say "me neither" is "Neither do I"

It's because you've been using the wrong language for too long. Use English, Español, Suomi, or 日本語

It means something in a lot of languages. In Japanese it means "everyone"

In Finnish it means "I". That's an important word I'll have to remember.
